A useful tutorial. However, I thought it would explain how to get around Word preventing me from changing styles. My doc is not protected and the "Restrict Permission" is set to Unrestricted Access. I use various styles in the document. Several blocks of text have "K Poem " style set and won't let me change to "K Ordinary" style - both "Poem " and "K Ordinary" styles are defined for this doc. Any ideas, please?

I am going nuts trying to move the style boxs in the home ribbon. I want to move some of the boxes to the front of the line because I use them more.....but cannot find a way to do it. I'm using word 2019 on a mac. I also cannot find a way to move the QAT below the ribbon!!!

Thank you for the suggestion! One way to do it is to copy the list, paste it in the new location, select pasted list, and then select the Numbering button (not the menu arrow) in the Home tab to turn off the numbering. I hope that helps!

@@erinwrightwriting No, it's not. I just have to reduce the size of the image to be able to see the page number at the foot. I thought there was a way to set an order between the two elements rather than moving the watermark away from the page no.
